This page explains our Cancellation Policy. Any person who books or places a booking offer for our room or any resort related services on the Sinbad Experience Resort & Beyond site can cancel bookings and accept cancellations, refunds and/or reimbursements under the following terms and conditions.

Due to the wide range of tourists booking a room, a strict cancellation process will compensate for the cost and lost revenue. In case of booking cancellation due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation process will take effect from the date we receive written advice.
Once a booking is made, the following cancellation process will apply:
For any unexpected reason, if Sinbad Experience Resort & Beyond makes the cancellation, we’ll give you an option to reschedule the booking to an alternate day without any extra charges. If it’s not suited for you, we’ll give you a Full Refund ( including online payment processing fees ) of your deposit/booking money.
